Tucson List and Sales Price Distribution
This chart shows the number of homes listed and homes sold per price range across the city. You can see that most homes for sale are in the $200,000 - $300,000 range, as would be expected given our average sales price. Look at the sales price distribution by area, and you’ll see that in some areas, sales prices tend to be much higher, and in some areas, much lower. You can also see the areas where the number of listings far outweigh the number of sales, and vice versa.
